Are you familiar with the path of least resistance? It is the physical or metaphorical pathway of least resistance to the forward motion of the object. While in the desert or in the natural world its really easy to observe because its the way water flows and the way plants grow. When they hit resistance, they move to where there is none and keep on flowing. This is a principle I often use in decision making to create flow and alignment in my own body and spirit cause this body and this spirit like alignment. Its most definitely how I decided to go to the desert!! 🌡

In disease however, we often approach it from a different perspective–the perspective of the fight. That is resistance in and of itself! Sometimes the path of least resistance is to stop fighting and to let the body die. Sure, the outcome might not be the most preferable but the path itself often creates the most flow and aligment for those involved–most often the person dying. At some point, we must stop fighting disease. What is it that we are actually resisting? Do you use the path of least resistance in your own life?

For always and forever, thank you for giving me a minute of your life to think about the end of it. πŸ™πŸΏπŸ’œ
