Here’s a little good news in this somewhat confusing time!! So much of what’s causing anxiety right now it’s the fear is the fear of the unknown. We wake up still processing and integrating yesterday’s news before new things start to pop off! And each day we don’t know what new challenges will be coming our way. Well here’s the good news: you’re already a master at navigating the unknown. Each day you wake up unsure if you will take another breath. We don’t know much of anything (although we think we do) and we find our way day in and day out despite it. You’re a G. You’ve got this. We’ve got this.

This experience right now is a lot like what happens at the end of life. Gratefully I’ve spent a bunch of time with people who are dying and looking the great unknown dead in the face. I’ve noticed a few things about how to navigate that experience and I’d love to share some of the approaches to navigating the unknown with you if you’d like some support. Join me Monday, March 23rd at 4pm Pacific for a FREE live call where we will go over techniques that are made clear in the end of life experience and highly useful for us now in the age of the coronavirus.
